Héloïse is a principal in Oliver Wyman’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice in Paris, where she supports clients in getting ready for a sustainable future, leading projects focused on electric vehicle charging, biofuels, and electrification space.
In this capacity, she helps clients in the Energy and Industrials space in developing and implementing their strategies. She also works closely with Private Equity players in identifying and assessing targets in the Energy and Infrastructure space. Having worked on both sides of the Atlantic, she likes to bring a dual perspective to the problems she tackles.
Her interest in energy and sustainability started early, with her first university project focusing on the energy losses of flywheels. Since then, she has gradually built an expertise in the broad Energy and Industrials space, working for utilities, chemicals manufacturers, and industrials over the past 7 years.
The technologies in the energy space are improving fast and so are the demands of consumers and regulators – this creates tremendous opportunities for new champions to emerge in the market, whether they are created as start-ups or within traditional players
Héloïse is strongly committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workspace. As an LGBT+ ally, she is currently the head of the Paris Chapter of PROWD: Oliver Wyman’s diversity and inclusion network. She advocates for raising the awareness of LGBT+ challenges and inclusion at all levels. She has also been involved for 5 years with the charity “Les Emplaqués” which raises awareness for blood and platelet donation in France.
Héloïse likes to run a busy life outside of her project work, enjoying an active lifestyle and supporting the causes that matter to her. She practices Zumba and boxing, she is a fan of Formula 1, and she even runs the Oliver Wyman Paris office Fantasy Formula 1 tournament!
