Vanessa is a principal in Oliver Wyman’s Retail Banking and People and Organizational Performance Practices, based in Paris.
Her passion for financial services began early during her internships at financial institutions while studying at Essec. This initial experience ignited her interest in the industry, leading her to specialize in the Financial Services sector at Oliver Wyman from the very beginning of her career.
A key factor in Vanessa’s decision to join Oliver Wyman was the firm’s international staffing dimension, which provided her with opportunities to work on projects in diverse locations such as London, Johannesburg, Sao Paulo, and various parts of Italy.
My key contribution to our Financial Services Practice, especially retail banking, lies in my ability to blend competence and determination to deliver excellence. This enables our retail banking clients to turn each of their challenges into a success story

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She is also passionate about Pilates and scuba diving, which provide her with a balance and outlet for her energy and interests.
