Virgile co-leads Oliver Wyman’s Private Capital Practice in France and Belgium and support the Transportation and Services Practice throughout Europe. He joined Oliver Wyman in 2018, after working in audit and consulting at Arthur Andersen (1996-2003) and a consulting firm (2004-2007), as Head of Consolidation and Financial Control at Nexans (2007-2012), and Head of Financial Control, M&A and Strategy at Group La Poste (2012-2018).
Virgile Bertola supports his clients, mainly private equity funds, in their acquisitions and divestments, and in post-acquisition value creation plans, in close collaboration with Oliver Wyman's industry practices (with a specific focus on Communication, Media and Technology and Transportation and Services).
